


BERRYMINT BLIZZARD
INGREDIENTS:
200ml Strawberry Lips
100ml gin
¼ cup mint leaves
½ cup strawberries.
METHOD:
Chop the mint leaves and strawberry into pieces (not too small) and evenly distribute them into ice cube moulds. Pour equal parts of gin into each mould and add water to fill them to the top. Allow 2 to 3 hours for the ice to freeze. Once frozen, place 2 ice cubes into each glass and pour the Strawberry Lips over the ice. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and enjoy!
