STRAWBERRY TRIFLE

INGREDIENTS:

130ml Strawberry Lips
80ml Butler’s Cherry Kirsch liqueur
50ml coconut liqueur
¼ cup of fresh strawberries
½ cup of crushed ice

METHOD:

Add the strawberries and ice to a blender and blend on low speed to make slushed strawberry ice. Pour the strawberry ice into a glass, then stir the coconut liqueur and Butler’s Cherry Kirsch liqueur into the mixture. Finish with Strawberry Lips. Use a cocktail swizzle stick or a long kebab stick to blend the contents (in a circular movement) to create a marbling effect. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice and enjoy your new Christmas trifle tradition!
